Shipping policy
Deliveries are made by NZ Post and must be signed for by a person over the age of 18. If this isn't possible or there's nobody home, a card will be left to rearrange or pick up delivery from your nearest delivery centre or post shop.
Once delivered with a signed proof of delivery, the goods become the recipient’s property and responsibility. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 business days at jared@jddistillery.co.nz. We will use this delivery information to make a claim against NZ Post. We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund, once we have received confirmation from NZ Post that delivery was not successful.
We’ll only ship to addresses in New Zealand’s North and South Islands.
Deliveries will not be made between 11pm and 6am or on any public holiday.
